What Do You Get?!
No more guesswork! Each workout and exercise will be tailored to your needs and goals. All you would have to do is show up with workout attire (shoes optional, socks mandatory!). I take care of the rest and provide mobility work, warm up and of course the work out.
After our initial assessment I build a personalized program built just for you. And throughout every work out and every phase, I will continually assess your progress based on your goals and needs. We will see what we need to adjust and/or continue and how to maximize your mobility.
What you need to eat before and after a workout. Also, what to eat throughout the day and how to make the best choices for you. Regardless of cultural background, all types of food can become healthy. So my goal is take what you enjoy and find a way to make it a healthier version (unless it has to be deep fried, sorry).
Results and knowledge
Your goals will be reached and your results will be attained and then you will hug me and I will say, “2 more reps!”. On top of that, you will attain in-depth knowledge through one-on-one training. You will have the whole hour to ask me questions through every exercise we do.
The biggest issue most people face is consistency. My goal is to keep you accountable and steadfast. Keeping you strong on your workouts and nutrition will help us get to your goals and help make fitness a lifestyle rather than just a fad. I can’t even count the amount of times I have had clients show up or pick a healthier food item just because they didn’t want to let me down.
